Handmade in Lithuania using solid oak wood sourced from local forests, Murphy is crafted into an unusual, angular shape, coated with a natural mineral oil to help prevent drying and cracking and finished with a looped leather hanging loop for easy storage. Perfect for chopping ingredients before the meal, it also looks good enough to serve up a crusty loaf of fresh-baked bread on the dinner table or for staging a snack spread for guests to graze on while you finish whipping up the main course.

CARE
rinse with warm water to remove food particles
wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge
avoid soaking or immersing completely in water
rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a clean towel
disinfect with a mixture of vinegar and water
do not use bleach, abrasive cleaners or strong chemicals
regularly oil with food-grade mineral oil, beeswax or specialized cutting board oil
